David J. Faber
David practices in the area of estate planning (including wills, trusts, & powers of attorney), probate & trust administration, and real property transactions. David enjoys helping clients achieve their goals, large or small, and legacy-planning to limit the likelihood of conflicts or litigation.
David and his wife Laura grew up in Port Townsend. They returned to their hometown in February 2014 after spending most of the last decade in other communities around the Puget Sound. David and Laura both attended the Evergreen State College, after which David received his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, cum laude, and his LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law. David and Laura are extremely grateful that they have the opportunity to build their lives together in Port Townsend, along with their beautiful daughter Mira.

Sam Feinson
Sam focuses his practice on criminal defense, family law, guardianships, and dependencies. Client connections are Sam's passion. He takes pride in his ability to explain the legal system, identify goals, and ensure that each client's rights are protected to the fullest extent of the law.
Before starting the firm, Sam represented countless misdemeanor clients as a public defender; worked on state and federal felony cases; analyzed claims in major U.S. class action lawsuits; and volunteered in chambers at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. In addition to his regular practice, he has been serving as a pro tem family court commissioner for Clallam County Superior Court since 2021, and as a pro tem judge in Clallam County District Court since 2022.
In his free time, Sam enjoys travel, riding his bicycle, and searching out good food and drink. Serving the community is also a passion of his. Sam’s volunteer work has included service on the Port Townsend Active Transportation Advisory Board, the Northwind Art Board of Directors, and the Jefferson County ReCyclery Board of Directors. Sam was named the 2024 Jefferson County Volunteer of the Year by Clallam-Jefferson Pro Bono Attorneys.
